Refund policy

We have a 50-day return policy, which means you have 50 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at accounts@akyumen.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided once the return process has been accepted. 

Lets not make this difficult, we get it sometimes an item doesn't fit, we will make a return hassle free!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you happen to order the wrong size this is no problem. Simply contact us at accounts@akyumen.com.au and we will accept the return, once the return is received we can then send you the correct size. If you require the order urgently simply place a new order then once the return is received we can refund you the original purchase amount.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
